Overview

The Sushi Chef crafts sushi rolls, sashimi, and nigiri at an open sushi bar while interacting directly with guests. Duties include preparing sushi rice, slicing fish, keeping the bar clean and sanitary, managing inventory, and coordinating with front-of-house and kitchen staff. Requirements

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as a Sushi Chef or Sushi Prep Cook
• Comfortable working in an open kitchen and interacting with customers
• Strong knife skills and understanding of food safety

• Punctual, reliable, and a strong team player
• Relocation to Knoxville, TN 37934 preferred before starting work
