EliseAI is hiring a Technical Property Accountant to ensure accounting integrity across features that touch client resident ledgers and accounting workflows. The role involves advising on core accounting scenarios, translating workflows into requirements, and leading testing and validation. The position is full-time and on-site in New York City or Toronto.
Requirements
- 5+ years in multifamily property accounting or controllership
- Deep knowledge of GL & sub-ledgers, resident ledgers, deposits, and close
- Strong US GAAP grounding
- Comfortable communicating with client accounting/operations/leasing teams
- Crisp stakeholder communications, including writing & presentations
- Willingness to work in person 4-5 days a week
