Overview

Food For People is seeking a Temporary Distribution Specialist to work alongside warehouse and program teams in Eureka, CA. This role assists with direct client service for the Mobile Produce Pantry and Senior programs, delivers food orders, and assembles warehouse orders. The temporary position is scheduled Monday through Friday and is expected to last into January of 2027.

Requirements

• Valid California Driver's license with excellent driving record
• Ability to drive a cargo van
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
• Ability to utilize a pallet jack (training can be provided)
• Ability to count and track data accurately
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
