Overview

This is an on-call, as-needed independent contractor position providing temporary clinical coverage for PTO, sick time, leaves of absence, open positions, and other staffing needs. The therapist delivers individual and group therapy, assessments, treatment plans, crisis intervention, and documentation for clients in behavioral health and substance use treatment. Work is in person in Scottsdale, Arizona, with no guaranteed schedule.

Requirements

• 21 years or older
• Master's Degree
• Active Arizona license: LPC, LAC, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, or LAMFT
• Experience with substance use disorders or co-occurring conditions preferred
• Knowledge of recovery models, including 12-Step Recovery
• Weekday availability for occasional in-person coverage
