The Traveling Field Operations Leader unifies and elevates field operations across all Hurricane Fence Company markets. The position travels between markets to provide hands-on support, conduct cross-region audits, identify efficiency opportunities, and reinforce training and leadership development. It serves as a cultural and operational bridge between locations, ensuring consistency in workmanship, communication, processes, and field leadership practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of construction or field leadership experience
• OSHA-30 Construction Safety certification required
• Valid driver's license required
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
