Overview

An Underground Construction Crew Member builds and repairs subterranean utility systems such as gas, water, sewage, and electric. Daily tasks include manual digging, operating heavy machinery, placing conduit, and restoring worksites. Work takes place entirely in person and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no tickets or violations)
• Must be located in the Ocala area
• Ability to lift 80 lbs and perform heavy manual labor
• Ability to climb ladders and enter confined spaces or trenches
• 2 years of underground utilities experience preferred
• Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) highly preferred
