Overview

Operate and maintain a 9.7 MGD arsenic removal water treatment facility and a 2.2 MGD wastewater treatment facility, including wells, booster stations, and reservoirs. Duties include chemical dosing, SCADA monitoring, lab analysis, and troubleshooting. The facility runs 24/7 with weekly on-call standby.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Two years experience as a water or wastewater treatment operator
• Current Nevada Water Treatment Operator Grade T-2 certification (required)
• Current Nevada Wastewater Operator Grade 1 certification (preferred)
• NV driver's license or ability to obtain one
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
