Overview

Empire Pump Corporation is hiring individuals to assist experienced operators in removing, repairing, and installing commercial water well pumps. This field position provides hands-on training across multiple equipment types with opportunities to advance into operator roles. Candidates will work in a collaborative crew handling rig systems, tools, and site preparation.

Requirements

• CDL required (Class A preferred, Class B acceptable with approval)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work outdoors in a physically demanding environment

• Reliable transportation to and from the yard
• Experience with pumps, construction, or heavy equipment preferred
