Overview
The specialists process customer rebate claims, analyze rejected claims, investigate discrepancies and perform root-cause analysis. They work with customers and internal sales and finance teams to ensure accurate rebate processing, prevent overpayments and recover invalid rebates. The role is hybrid, remote Monday and Friday and onsite Tuesday through Thursday, with a schedule of 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Requirements
- Experience with accounts receivable, customer rebates, claims processing, financial transaction processing or a closely related accounting/finance function
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to investigate discrepancies and identify root causes
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate transaction processing
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to follow established financial controls, approval limits and internal procedures
