Overview
GlobalEdge Technologies seeks a Senior Customer Account Manager to manage key aerospace customer accounts, including OEMs, airlines, MRO organizations, and distribution partners. The role involves serving as the primary customer point of contact, managing relationships, proposals, negotiations, forecasting, and fulfillment activities. It coordinates with Contracts, Pricing, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Finance, Sales, Manufacturing, and Shipping. This is a full-time, 12-month contract position with benefits, working 100% onsite in Bethel, Connecticut.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus 3 years experience in account management, contract administration, customer service, project management, quality or supply chain within manufacturing, operations or aerospace; OR high school diploma/GED plus 10 years of such experience
- Strong customer account and program-management capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
- Must meet applicable U.S. person requirements under ITAR
