Overview
The Assistant Store Manager oversees daily retail operations, supports store profitability, and ensures an excellent shopping experience for customers. Responsibilities include supervising team members, executing merchandising plans, managing inventory, and leading store operations in the Store Manager's absence. This role also coordinates building maintenance and ensures compliance with company policies and food safety standards.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of management experience
- Basic experience with electronic technology and communications
- Ability to lift 20-50 pounds repeatedly, and up to 50-80 pounds at times
- Ability to work in freezers, coolers, and outside weather conditions
