Overview
The Shift Lead manages store team members and store operations during assigned shifts when the Store Manager or Assistant Store Managers are absent. Responsibilities include opening and closing the store, supervising customer service, handling front-end cash procedures, and assisting with stocking. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
