Overview
Futures, part of the Sevita family, provides community and center-based Applied Behavioral Analysis services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related disorders. The Behavior Technician implements behavior management programs 1:1 under the guidance of a BCBA, collects behavior data, and collaborates with families and treatment teams. The position is Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with an hourly rate starting at $24.50.
Requirements
- High School Diploma with RBT credential, or Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with youth, families, or individuals with developmental disabilities required
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to establish trust and rapport quickly
- Good listener with ability to empathize while providing guidance
- Accurately collect behavior data using behavior analytic methods
- Complete documentation and incident reports accurately and on time
