Overview
Mentor South Bay provides Early Intervention, ABA, Behavioral Health, and Mental Health Outpatient services across Massachusetts and Connecticut. The Family Centered Specialist implements treatment plans created by a Family Centered Clinician, coaching caregivers and teaching practical skills in home, school, and community settings. The role serves about two families per day with a target of 25 billable hours per week and includes weekly supervision.
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a human services field (Bachelor's preferred)
- At least 1 year working with children, adolescents, or transition-age youth in a clinical or community setting
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for local travel
- Comfortable working in homes and community settings
- Schedule includes afternoons and early evenings
