Overview
The CGM Branch Manager oversees the planning and performance of a Commercial Grounds Maintenance Branch, supporting roles such as Account Managers, Production Managers, Enhancement Managers, Landscape Designers, and Contract Estimators. Responsibilities include management, horticulture, administration and accounting, personnel and production, and sales and services. The position requires a valid NC driver's license with a clean driving record and an NCDA pesticide applicator's license.
Requirements
- Hands-on knowledge of grounds maintenance and landscape installation procedures
- Possession and maintenance of an NCDA pesticide applicator's license
- Valid NC Driver's license with a maintained clean driving record
- Ability to bend and stoop on a continual basis
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate others
