Overview
Integrity House, a nonprofit addiction and mental health provider founded in 1968, seeks a Care Manager for its Secaucus residential campus. The role serves as liaison to Recovery Court and other criminal justice entities, facilitates court appearances, and provides transportation for clients. The Care Manager also conducts assessments and treatment planning for clients across residential programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services field
- Valid NJ driver's license
- Master's Degree in Human Services field preferred
- Ability to transport clients using agency vehicles
- Strong organizational skills for clinical and legal documentation
- Availability Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm
