Overview

Integrity House, a New Jersey substance use and mental health services provider, seeks a Nurse Care Manager for its Wellness Center in Newark. The role delivers basic health assessments, wound care, infectious disease testing, overdose prevention education, and linkage to medical care for people who use drugs, sex workers, and people living with HIV/AIDS or Hepatitis C. It is a hands-on clinical position requiring an RN license in New Jersey and at least two years of relevant experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey
• Minimum of two years of experience in behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, public health, community health, infectious disease, wound care, or other relevant healthcare settings
• Experience working with individuals using substances, people living with HIV/AIDS, individuals living with Hepatitis C, sex workers, and individuals experiencing homelessness
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care, Motivational Interviewing, and low-barrier engagement strategies
• Fluency in Spanish preferred
