Overview

Lead and improve commercial roofing operations, including staffing, performance management, and process development. Partner with sales, estimating, and leadership to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and profitably. Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial roofing systems
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Experience managing operational processes, budgets, schedules, and performance metrics
• Ability to analyze challenges and implement scalable solutions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational software
• Valid Driver's License and ability to meet company driving standards
