Overview

Own construction management assignments from award through closeout across municipal, transportation, and private-sector projects. Serve as the primary client contact, coordinate contractors and consultants, and keep work safe, on schedule, and within budget. Hiring at mid-level or senior based on experience, with the assignment mix built around your background.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 5 to 8 years of construction management experience for mid-level
• 10 or more years and budget experience over $5M for senior level
• Knowledge of construction contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications
• Valid driver's license in good standing
• Must be able to pass a drug screening
