Overview

This is a design-forward land development engineering role focused on production work such as grading, stormwater, utilities, and erosion control, plus entitlement work including rezonings and special use permits. The position involves representing projects at public agency meetings and hearings, coordinating with counties, towns, and VDOT, and managing sub-consultants. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or closely related field
• 6 to 9 years of land development civil design experience
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Experience preparing rezoning and special use permit applications
• Valid driver's license in good standing
• Must be able to pass a drug screening
