Overview

Berkeley Building Company is a New England general contractor specializing in complex renovation, historic preservation, and interior work for institutional, educational, and commercial clients. The Project Manager will own schedule, budget, cost control, and client relationships across multiple concurrent projects, working with the Project Executive and Superintendent. The position is based in the Reading office with regular site visits throughout Greater Boston.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience with a commercial general contractor or construction manager
• Experience managing institutional, educational, commercial, or multi-unit projects of $1M+
• Commercial or institutional project experience required; residential-only backgrounds not considered
• Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
