Overview

Lead field operations on commercial and institutional projects for a New England general contractor. Run site safety, quality control, subcontractor coordination, and inspections from mobilization through closeout. Work in occupied buildings and historic properties, protecting owner operations and existing conditions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor or construction manager
• Active Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL)
• OSHA 30 or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Working knowledge of Procore and Microsoft Project
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and live within commuting distance of Greater Boston
