Overview

The Production Supervisor directs, plans, controls, and monitors the overall operation of production department lines under the Department Manager. Duties include scheduling work assignments, verifying labor hours and payroll accuracy, training employees, conducting safety and quality sessions, resolving team conflict, and enforcing safety policies. The position requires 3 years of production experience in a manufacturing plant and at least 2 years of supervisory experience or 4 years as a Lead. Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 3 years of production experience in a manufacturing plant required
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience or 4 years as a Lead in production required

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and be on feet for long periods
• Ability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends
