Overview
The Maintenance Lead coordinates and assigns duties within the maintenance department, supervises preventive maintenance, and assists production with machine productivity and downtime. The role involves troubleshooting PLCs, variable frequency drives, electrical and mechanical equipment, and food processing machinery. It also includes training employees, conducting 5s audits, and filling in for the supervisor when absent.
Requirements
- 2 years of maintenance experience in food or beverage processing or packaging
- 6 years of industrial maintenance or electrical experience
- Forklift operator's license
- Ability to work weekends and overtime
- Ability to commute to Tempe, AZ 85283
- Supervising experience preferred
