The Foster Care Supervisor provides direct supervision and evaluates assigned staff, holds weekly supervision sessions, and facilitates weekly team meetings. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services such as counseling, social work, or psychology from an accredited school
- Two years of post-Bachelor's experience in a supervisory position
- Working knowledge of diagnostic criteria and coding
- Completion of Child Welfare Institute (CWI) training required by the State of Michigan
- Child and Adolescent Functional Assessment Scale (CAFAS) trained
- Computer literacy skills at least in Word programs
