Overview
This is a front line supervisory role overseeing laborers and operators on storm utility, dirt and earth work, and miscellaneous concrete projects. The foreperson leads crews in safety culture, reads plans and specifications, and coordinates with the Project Manager and Superintendent. Candidates need multiple years of excavation and grading experience with significant seat time on heavy machinery, with 5 years preferred.
