Overview

Peet's Coffee is hiring a Green Coffee Warehouse Operator to handle incoming shipments, operate equipment, and support blending and preparation of green coffee for roasting. This is a hands-on role where safety, quality, and attention to detail are critical. The position is 2nd shift, Monday to Friday, 3:30pm to 12:00am, with hourly pay of $19 to $21.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing/production setting and/or a fast-paced environment
  • Previous forklift driving experience
  • Basic manufacturing equipment familiarity and setup knowledge
  • Able to work 8 hour shifts while standing, lifting, bending, and reaching
  • Must be able to lift 80 pounds 20% of the shift
  • Must be able to push/pull up to 160 pounds throughout the shift while loading green coffee
