Overview
Operate and monitor packaging equipment to process coffee according to the daily production schedule. Perform quality checks, complete records, and ensure product meets specifications. Maintain a clean, safe work environment while meeting production goals and food safety standards. Assist with training team members as needed.
Requirements
- 1 year of production experience as a machine technician or machine operator
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to work overtime as needed, including Saturdays
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and stand for over 9 hours
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a team
