Overview

TRM NRE is seeking an Industrial Electrician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems on locomotives and shop equipment. Candidates with industrial, manufacturing, marine, or military electrical experience are welcome, as the company is willing to train on locomotive-specific systems. Work is conducted in both shop and outdoor settings.

Requirements

• Experience as an Industrial Electrician or similar industrial electrical role preferred
• Experience troubleshooting industrial electrical systems
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
• Knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems, motors, generators, and controls
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
• Technical school training or electrical certification is a plus
