Overview
Idaho Materials & Construction, a CRH Company, is hiring a Lube Technician in Eagle, ID. The technician performs routine vehicle maintenance such as oil and filter changes, lubrication, coolant and fuel checks, and visual inspections of belts and hoses, and reports needed repairs to the shift lead or shop foreman. The job requires a valid Class A CDL with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements and involves physical work in shop, yard, and outdoor conditions.
Requirements
- Valid state Class A commercial driver's license (CDL) with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to perform DOT inspections and brake adjustments
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, with occasional lifting up to 50 to 75 lbs
- Ability to work independently and follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work in extreme cold and heat and on slick, uneven surfaces
