Overview
Rogers Machinery seeks an Outside Sales Engineer to manage existing accounts and prospect new business for industrial compressed air systems and pumps. Duties include 4 to 6 sales calls daily, 3 cold calls weekly, and coordinating trade shows. The role requires a bachelor's degree (preferred) and at least 3 years of inside or outside sales experience with capital equipment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Minimum 3 years inside and/or outside sales experience of capital equipment
- Mechanical and electrical knowledge, experience and aptitude
- Ability to learn and communicate compressor features and benefits
- Proven selling ability and PC skills, familiar with MS Office
- Overnight travel required
