Overview

Rogers Machinery is hiring a Senior Administrative Assistant to support the Senior Director of Manufacturing and the production department. The role manages calendaring, correspondence, meeting cadence, and department documentation, and provides dedicated support to launch a new remanufacturing and reconditioning program. It works closely with production, quality, engineering, and supply chain within the company's EOS operating framework.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years as an Executive Assistant or senior administrative professional, ideally supporting operations or manufacturing leadership
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong organizational skills managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • High degree of discretion and professionalism handling confidential information
