Overview
The Project Manager will oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Responsibilities include managing budgets, schedules, cost reports, and forecasts, coordinating with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients, and handling RFIs, submittals, and change orders. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of commercial construction project management experience, with industrial construction experience preferred.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial construction Project Management experience
- Industrial construction experience preferred
- Experience managing projects from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and building methods
- Experience with Procore, ProjectSight, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
