Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience, preferably with a general contractor
- Proven experience independently preparing estimates for commercial construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, materials, methods, and subcontractor scopes
- Proficiency with Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, iSqFt, Sage Estimating, or similar software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to manage multiple estimates while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
