Overview

The Remanufacturing Production Supervisor leads a team that disassembles, troubleshoots, repairs, reassembles, and tests electronic and electromechanical equipment. Duties include assigning daily work, managing production priorities, coaching employees, and resolving technical and quality issues. Requirements

• Previous experience directly supervising or leading employees in a production, repair, remanufacturing, electronics, or similar technical environment
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing electronic or electromechanical equipment
• Ability to diagnose technical problems and guide employees through troubleshooting
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing daily production schedules, assigning work, and addressing employee performance
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work alongside the team
