Overview

CGB Enterprises is hiring seasonal laborers to support grain elevator operations during the busy harvest season. Duties include loading and unloading rail cars and trucks, moving grain, weighing trucks, grading grain, general clean-up, and preventative maintenance. The role requires working outside in extreme weather, at heights, and in confined spaces, with extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• No prior experience required; 1 year in an industrial environment preferred
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 lbs occasionally to continuously
• Ability to work extended hours, weekends, holidays, and alternate shifts
• Ability to pass all required testing under FRA and DOT where applicable
