Overview
Sunrise Homeless Navigation Center is hiring a Shelter Case Management Program Manager to supervise shelter operations and case management services. The role involves managing staff, facilitating morning huddles, handling program intake, and supporting clients transitioning out of homelessness. The manager will also take on a direct caseload of up to 10 clients when shelter capacity requires it.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field (Master preferred)
- Leadership experience supervising teams and managing staff
