Overview
The Social Work Supervisor oversees professional and paraprofessional social service staff in the Division of Family Guidance, which serves at-risk children, adolescents, and families. Duties include individual and group therapy, supervision, intake and assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and program reporting. The role is full time at 40 hours per week with some evening hours, on call rotation, and overtime as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Guidance and Counseling, or a related field
- Two years of social work experience gathering client information, determining needs, and planning treatment or service plans
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required
- Clinical Social Work Supervision Certificate
- Valid New Jersey driver's license
- Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
