Overview
Develop and supervise behavioral intervention plans, conduct functional behavioral assessments, and consult with staff on student behaviors. Collect and analyze data on discipline, time out, and restraints, and conduct home visits as needed. Must be able to physically restrain and lift students and complete required trainings.
Requirements
- BCBA and appropriate DESE or Massachusetts license
- Experience with students with academic, behavioral, emotional, learning, or developmental challenges preferred
- Able and willing to physically restrain and lift students
- Complete SSEC approved restraint training annually
- Maintain active CPR/First Aid certification
- Complete threat assessment training and required 7D licensure training hours if requested
