Overview

Provide direct ABA services to students in a 1:1 home and community setting under the supervision of a BCBA or Behavior Specialist. Collect and maintain data, implement behavior plans, assist with daily living activities, and participate in required trainings. Requirements

• High School Diploma, equivalent or higher
• Ability to develop effective rapport with students
• Must have reliable transportation
• Completion of Behavior Technician training under a licensed BCBA and/or Behavior Specialist
• Successful completion of additional training requested by SSEC
• Ability to engage in physical tasks such as squatting, bending, and playing on the floor
