Overview
The Quality Control Technician performs daily inspections of machines throughout the build process and inspects received items upon request. Duties include documenting non-conformance reports, reviewing drawings and specifications, recording inspection results, and training the production team on quality control measures. The position is full-time and on-site in Centralia, WA.
Requirements
- Proficiency with standard measuring equipment such as calipers, tape measure, dial indicator, micrometer, and height gauge
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings and specifications
- Computer proficiency in MS Office products
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to routinely lift 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds unaided
