Overview
Supervise night shift custodial operations for 25 to 40 custodians assigned to up to 20 buildings. Plan, coordinate, and schedule custodial activities, requisition supplies, maintain inventory, and approve work hours, overtime, and flextime. Inspect areas for compliance with customer service standards, safety procedures, and operational requirements, and consult with the General Manager on shift activities.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in supervision or related field
- Supervisory experience
- In lieu of degree, equivalent combination of education and experience (Associate's degree and 3 years supervisory experience, or High School Diploma and 5 years experience)
- Valid US or Canadian driver's license
