Overview
The Lead Fabricator is a hands-on role supporting daily fabrication and welding activities within a precast facility. The position works under the Plant Manager and with the Project Manager to complete fabrication work accurately, safely, and on schedule. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred
- 4+ years of fabrication and welding experience in manufacturing or precast
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints
- Proficient in MIG welding; certifications are a plus
- Experience with oxy-acetylene cutting torch and standard fabrication equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically demanding environment
